Virtual sales assistant- dynamic- ambitious and productive! $9 per hour + bonus

The role of the sales assistant is to support the Director of Sales in all his or her sales activities. They will have access to DOS’s virtual office, calendar and email platform. The functions of the role will consist of the following:  Identifying prospective clients- Hotels and vacation rentals a- Researching properties that fit ideal criteria b- Reviewing their tripadvisor and finding relevant feedback c- Calling the reservation department and shopping them (a brief 3 min call to assess their process)  Identifying decision makers and key management a- Any new developments b- Have they renovated c- Mapping sphere of influence  Initiating linkedin activity  Customizing and sending email templates  Identifying international opportunities worth pursuing Requirements: • Must be a self-starter, driven and motivated • Organizational skills • Good competency with Excel and Microsoft word Remuneration: Consists of a base pay of $9 and an incentive structure. Each lead that results in a client coming on board will result in an additional incentive.
