Hello! This kind of project sounds like a lot of fun, and something I'd actually use. I'd love to see what you're thinking of and work out the design details. I'm an engineer and happen to build my own equipment for camping with my Land Cruiser. I can provide examples of outdoors gear I've sewn, things I've CNC machined, 3d printed, and more - covering each necessary aspect of design for this project. My work has been used for fun, for products on the automotive aftermarket, and for patent applications.
