Shaft sagging (exceesive run-out) correction via vertical press machine + software

when a shaft is sagging, i.e. has runout above tolerance it is correct by pressing the shaft with a hydraulic press machine that presses the shaft while it is mounted on two block (two positions). i would like to first to have a formula that governs this run-out correction method that takes into consideration the dimensions of the shaft, its length, mechanical properties of the material and the run-out distribution across the shaft and where should we press to correct said bending. then this formula can be put into a software program later in order for it to be user friendly.
