I can build an MVC Web Application in C# to read the slips from the database and use a component to generate PDFs. Maybe no need to read/parse the .rem files since they come from the database. If the slip data is on the MySQL database then we do not need Access. I can work with you making these decisions and I can collaborate with you to build this system.
