Design and build a Planning App

I’d like to hire you to design a Planning App. I've never done anything like this before so I do need a lot of assistance. I plan to use this app for a close relative and myself. We both suffer from ADHD and have some processing challenges. And by that, I need time to ponder issues before making a good decision, rather than making a quick decision. My work challenge is I have lots of things going on and I need to be more focused on getting those task accomplished without getting caught in the weeds of the “messy desk” or a messy mind. I have seen any number of planning solutions. Some involve computer apps, like Wunderlist, which is now discontinued. I don’t need it to be like a Monday App, which has a lot for everyone, e.g. marketing, HR, Sales, etc. I don’t need that much. Others I have liked tended to be more tactile, using notebooks, to help accomplish my goals. I’d like to incorporate that into something that works a bit like a Wunderlist did. Also, if I could add a bit of gamification, especially for the kids (to make doing projects and homework fun - if possible). What I’d like to do is to incorporate the best suggestions from all of the above. I’d like to be able to use it for my work and personal life. And I’d like it to be adaptable for my relative, who is still in school. Once this is fully developed, I will start pricing out the development costs. Again, I don’t think it will be for commercial use so am not planning on putting a significant amount of money into this. But once the user interface is fully drawn up, will then move to finding a company to build it for me. Without getting into too much detail here, I will share more information about what I would like to see. What I’d need from you is to tell me and show me projects you have taken from inception to completion, in the app development process. If there is something that has actually been published, all the better. If you say you can do the job and not specify how you can and support it, I will have to decline.
