Develop a web-based Interactive Digital Map of Projects

The Web-based Interactive Digital Map of Projects will be hosted on a dedicated server with a registered domain name, fully secured against intruders. The Application will contain all the data, information, images and pictures of over 400 projects, and will be presented to the user depending on users' choice of what aspect of information they wish to retrieve of any particular project. The application will run on a Windows and Mac iOS Desktops, and iPhones and Android Phones and other Mobile Devices such as tabs, etc. User will log in to the application and be presented with a map showing all the project locations on the map using coordinates of projects. If a user clicks on any project, the project details will be displayed to the user in a pop-up window. If a user chooses to see images or pictures of this project, they will click on the option desired and the image or pictures will be shown on the screen in a re-sizeable window. User may choose for different categories, the type of Projects they wish to display on the map. Default at lunch time is all projects displayed on the map. User may choose to vie projects by Size(Large, Medium or Small). User may choose to be shown on the map only projects by Type(Earth fill, Concrete, Rockfill, etc.) User may choose projects by Hydrological Areas(8 Areas), or by River Basins(7 Basins), or by Geopolitical Zones (6 Zones), or by States(36 States), etc., or By Usage(Water Supply, Hydro, Irrigation, Fishery, Tourism, etc.) SEARCH QUERIES: Users should be able to search for projects by Name, Type, Size, Location and should be able to ask for the largest project, and the largest project should be shown to the user, etc. User should be able to search all parameters of projects (there are over 41 parameters for each project). PROJECTS WITHOUT COORDINATES will not be shown on the map. User should have a separate view for projects that do not have coordinates, but their other data and information can be viewed by user. The Admin should be able to add, delete, update, or modify any project data, image or pictures from the back end with ease. And the application should be updated automatically across all the devices that it is installed when users go online. We have all data, information, satellite images and pictures of all projects which will be given to developer once both parties agree.
