Develop a simple "quiz game" in an existing Android App

Hello everyone, I am looking for a new developer who can do various Jobs for me. For this project here you only need android skills but it would be great if you could code for iPhone/iPad as well and everyonce in a while do some graphics Jobs (like creating Buttons, logos etc.). The apps will be mainly in German but I will be able to translate everything, so English is completely ok. First job is on the Jagdzeiten App on Google Play: Create a very simple in app purchase "Quiz Game" for [login to view URL] The in app purchase is not yet existent. It is a small guess game that works as follows: What problem does it solve? Customers want to learn hunting times from their mind. That is why they request a quiz or training game to train the content of the app into their mind. It is also for trainees that are becoming hunters because it is expected that they know hunting times out of their mind. So it could work as the following: 1. 1 you hit the menu button and select the button “Start Quiz” 2. If the quiz has not been bought yet as in app purchase, it has to be bought here. Price is 1,79€. If it is paid, the quiz starts right away 3. First you select a German federal state. Below there is a button saying “Start”. If no state is selected it returns a message “please select state”. If a state has been selected and the start button has been hit, the first question will be generated randomly from the database. The question shall sound like “What is the hunting times of AnimalXYZ?” (Next to the question the animal icon shall be shown, file name is in database). 4. User enters his answer (start and end times) and hits submit button. 5. The app returns correct or not. (The correct times are found in the database columns “from” and “to”. ) 6. If correct, the user is being congratulated. If not correct, the user is told that it is not correct and the correct times are shown so he can learn the right answer. 7. After 10 questions a summary screen is shown of how many question out of the 10 were correct. E.g. “You finished the Quiz and got 70% right. Do you want to try another time or cancel?” The user can then repeat the test or cancel. 8. If he hits repeat we start with 3. above. If he hits cancel the state list (that is always being shown at startup of the app, after the splash screen) is being shown again. During the quiz in the upper right corner shall be shown how many questions have been answered already 1/10, 2/10, 3/10 and so on. This is kind of a trainer program for the user to remember the times out of his head. It is important that we keep it very simple because I think not many will buy it but there is one customer who urgently would like to have it. I will send you the latest version of the code beforehand. Please include proper documentation so other developers can follow your programming. Support until all Errors around the part you programmed are eliminated. I am putting a lot of importance on timeliness. If you say you deliver it, then you have to deliver it.
