Updating and Upgrading Android App

I need my current Android application, updating a bit. I need more [login to view URL] integration, I need a soundcloud player using the soundcloud api/sdk built into the app rather than linking off to another app, also a widget player and a lockscreen/notifaction bar player that will play whilst users are using other apps on there phones. A registration system of some sort where only registered users can comment and rate (Facebook, Google, Twitter, Soundcloud, Email Registrations). I have a WordPress site where I have user mysql db perhaps that could be integrated some how. Guest logging as well but only allow to read not post. I have a download option for mixes, so a download manager of some sort where users can mange downloaded mixes (delete, rename, etc). A settings section of some sort for caching mixes, downloads default save location, exit confimation, notification options (Led colour, vibrate, sound etc..) The mixes I add to the app is currently done via eclipse manually to my java file, I'd like to convert this to an xml file so it can be quicker and easier rather than updating the app and having to upload it to Google play everytime. The app would need to recognise this and then send a notification out to the installed user about the newest mix/mixes added to the app (if user turns option off then they won't receive notification, they should be on be default though) Also more integration into android UI.
