Basic iPhone Map App

Design a very basic iPhone map, nothing fancy just functional. The map is for a university campus area. The map with be provided along with the details of buildings including names, reference codes and numbers as a PDF file. A number of drop down menus are required which include building A-Z, Departments and Sections, Student Services, Administration, Sports Tenants and Partners, Indoor Sports Facilities, Other Facilities, Halls of Residence, Catering and Dining. Each of this drop menus will populated with information that will be provided in PDF format. Finally a search function that allows the user to search for buildings by name or building reference code, which that the user to the building on the map. All the information is provided in the PDF and this project is essentially digitising the PDF into a iPhone app. Realistically only looking to spend around £50 GBP but open for discussion with regards to the app and making it cheaper (i.e. removing some functionality)
