Write an iPhone application

This iPhone game is going to be very similar to the game 'Ape the Kong - the Banana Theif' and instead of just platforms it will be a mixture of jumping on platforms and swinging on trees. This game is a simple tap screen style and addictive game and nothing to overly complicated for the user. There will be 8 levels (different landscapes) and 8 different characters (different types of monkeys). A sort of combination of all these concepts, but I do like the “Ape the Kong the Banana Theif” & “Banana Kong” simple tapping style gameplay and graphics here the most (unless someone can make the graphics even better while sticking in the budget I have set?!). I require the graphics to be done and the whole Game itself. I am not requiring a 3D type graphics, just similar graphics to the above games mentioned. Please note I am looking to develop between 30 to 40 apps this year and I am looking to build a long term relationship with the person I choose to do my app. So when putting in your bids please look at the bigger picture and a long term business relationship.
