I need an app to be implemented. wireframes and design is done, and will be provided with an in depth specification of the functionlity - but I need the app coded and implemented. The app is to act as guides for outdoor museums, city centers etc. The app should hold multiple "areas" (Eg. museums), where each area is an "in app purchase". Each area holds multiple buildings, and each building holds descriptions in text and pictures. Each building will also have to be marked on a map, both on a map which shows the building marked and as a pin on a map of the entire area. The areas should also have a background description, and should support multiple languages. The app needs to be able to function offline. All texts/descriptions in the app should be able to be read out loud by the devices text-to-speech. The app needs to function on both Android and iOS devices. The data in the app is to be collected from a website, and done so in by collecting structured data or from a database or similar. The idea is that it should be possible to post new areas in the app, but without having to do a release when doing so. It should also be possible to update existing data. Security for the website is also a part of the setup needed. A webinterface to handle the areas would be prefered, but this is a "nice to have" feature - as long as it is possible to figure out how to update the data, then it will be a good MVP. All source code is to be provided to me when project is done, and i would prefer in a setup where I can somehow compile new versions of the app if security updates are needed by the platforms.
