Build me a Mobile app and Simple inventory

We are an ecommerce company stock special and vintage products, we have two warehouse from where the database/stock update is created / added. the same is listed online on ecommerce sites and various blogs and social media.. To work smoothly we would like to build an android app. We need a simple inventory management software with input database accessible from pc. App side working database / User Submit Side 1. Login 2. Select Warehouse from Drop Down Menu 3. Assign an automated serial number/reference number in the sequence. 4. Upload 12 Photos [automatic reduce size] 5. Add Title of the product 6. Add Description of the product 7. Select Condition from drop-down menu [3 option] 8. Qty write box Two buttons. Draft and submit. Once a product is submitted the same details should mailed with a normal std format. Draft should be saved for adding further details. and should be accessible from app and pc. Product view side / Should be accessible from the same app and computer 1. List of inventory. 2. Photos should be downloadable 3. Tick mark option allowed by various users such as 1. Listed on Blog [user name should be displayed / who has marked] 2. Listed on E-commerce Site [user name should be displayed / who has marked] 3. Listed on facebook.[user name should be displayed / who has marked] 4. Final option sold out, Qty and automatic shows the left stock. One whole product stock is sold out it should be marked or highlighted as a sold product but the database should remain in the app and accessable from pc and app.
