I-Serve, a MSC company, is a regional conglomerate that has offices in ASEAN countries. We operate one of the biggest online shopping malls, e-commerce & mobile applications development, and are in the business of fashion, cosmetic and retail industry. We are currently expanding for a person that is able to assist us with a basic process flow chart for the standard operating procedure for our customer service team. We are looking for an experienced person who is able to create a flow chart base on our requirements.
