create a store app for seller and buyers in arabic called (واو)

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built.

-add regestration either buyer or seller

-add location and price also picture including title for seller

- buyers only search by location and catgury

-add fee payment for sellers to contact seller number of 3$ paid by creditcard or paypal

-the app called (واو) in arabic

-add catguries under search bar for buyers
