Hour light

An app which light up the device once an hour or such(can be adjusted). Like an wake up alarm which you can program to light up the phone, maybe sound to(additional). This app can be used for keeping track of time, or if it is used regulary, to find your phone if you lost it (somewhat like find phone app), but can be programmed to light up phone once an hour(like at every whole hour) to find your phone if you are out of signals, and the phone is lost in the dark. Like said earlier, the app may be adjustable to sound too. Ilike to have the app light up the phone in 30 second at adjustable time(or maybe with sound too in programmable time). Do you think this is an app that could be something? The working price is just an estimate, depends on what programmer think the app potensial is worth.
