I am looking for a Xamarin developer to build a native running mobile app. The basic concept for the app is to have it collect data to be sent back to our server and also to make requests via API for reponses. We were looking at making the app cross platform to lower maintenance cost and future updates. I understand that because of project coordination with our server development and your app development, the time for project completion will be a little flexible. I am requesting a fixed price, to have a mobile app coded and to recieve it's source code. I chose to have it developed with 'xamarin' seeking the mobile app to work on andriod, iOS and windows with as much code reuse as possible (1 code for all platforms). Most of the mobile app should continuously run in the background of the mobile phone. Except for when it is tapped to be opened or tapped to be closed. There are four main sections to the functioning of the mobile app. 1) Registering (first opening of the mobile app after installing), 2) Display (what to show if opened again after the install), 3) GEOfencing (how the mobile app functions when connected to a wifi with a specific SSID or geolocation), and 4) Customer Followup (displaying messages at specific days and times). Other files and details will be sent later, after further discussion (like an encryption file and API links).
