Making an Android game using Unity 2D

I'm looking for someone to create a simple 2D game in Unity for Android platform. We will simply port a SWF file. I decompiled designs (as .SVG files), and sounds. I don't have any code. We will also be adding admob ads (banner + interstitial) to the game. It's a pretty simple game including no more than graphics, sounds and buttons. REQUIREMENTS: My budget is $25 for this project.
