Mobile App Development using Seattle Clouds Platform

We are testing the Seattle Clouds app development platform and are looking for a resource familiar with this process. It is an online toolkit used to allow for the creation of native iPhone, iPad, Android, Kindle and Mobile Web apps without the need for coding. We expect that for a typical project, we will provide an overview of menu items, access to content and feed URLs, color scheme and design ideas (most likely from an existing website). Once the design and content are submitted to the platform, builds will automatically be generated for submission to the various App Stores. Freelancer must be proficient in Photoshop (or similar photo editing tool for logo and image modifications as necessary) and HTML5. Experience with app submission and provisioning is critical as we will be posting each build using our developer accounts. We expect that using this platform, a standard app can be generated and submitted in 1-3 hours depending upon the complexity. Most features (Subscription, InApp Purchase, GPS and Directions, Feedback Form, Push Notifications, Location on Map, RSS Reader, QR Codes, Shopping Cart, Twitter, YouTube Vide and more) are added via "Drag and Drop" and will require very little effort. First project will be an app with standard features and we are looking for an ongoing flat rate per app. Screen shots of sample apps are shown in the uploaded file.
