Hi, I am looking to build an App that is basically, a common international Real Estate App -or clone- as [login to view URL], Redfin, Sotheby's Intl or [login to view URL] with features as search nearby, per location, etc. Plus Uber software to offer free rides to visit the properties in Map where there are Agent Drivers, Agent Sellers, per scalable percentages of commission, for referral purposes. I need to set up a website plus IOS and Android and Windows Apps for Smartphones. Also for Tablet and iPad if possible. It must be capable to integrate MLS databases or -Real Estate Databases- including listings and contacts, names, emails, GPS locations, prices, etc. Also, banks feed integration and finally individual user integration upload. Must verify Agent credentials in data. Indivual panels, sud admin panels and admin panel. I have a specific structure and information of how to match users, commissions and properties. I need to set up routes for payments. Must be available for Applea and Google Wallet, Bank Wire and PayPal. I am looking to set up a turn key business. I want the product ready to go and available for the users in AppStore and GooglePlay with all data already integrated. Phonegap, Customer Service with Chat, Phone, Email, per country. Find Agents. Lead generator tool for catching new customers. Including a concept and logo design, mostly like Uber for www.uber.estate. I need to do the real math for all expenses, hosting, maintenance, updates, etc. Must be capable to integrate many Databases and users. It has to be tested and optimized. SOW must be signed. Thanks.
