Modify an Android application

I have this mobile app that was developed by a freelancer one month ago. You can find a summary of the current app below. I need to modify the way currently facebook login is implemented in the app by having the below: 1. Teachers Sign Up/Login (only for teachers and it requires official teacher ID to login). This user should have access to all mobile apps section 2. Facebook login in which anybody downloading the app can sign up and login. (this use should have access to news and notifications section. Currently the 2 signup/logins are implemented inproperly as follow 1. Teachers Sign Up/Login (only for teachers requires official teacher ID to login) 2. Facebook login (you get authenticated through facebook but it is still asking for your Teacher ID which is not what i want since the purpose of this signup is to reach people other than teachers BELOW IS THE ORIGINAL PROJECT DETAILS, IN ADDITION I CAN PROVIDE THE ANDROID STUDIO PROJECT CODE. 1. Language Arabic 2. the mobile app should connect to 2 systems: 1 wordpress website [login to view URL] and to an online laravel based application. Note that both systems are hosted under a shared hosting from Hostgator. 3. the 1st part of the app will connect to the wordpress website and display content from certain specific pages and from the blog/news section (this will be the home of the app). Clicking on any article in the home page should open and display the content of that article. 4. the 2nd part should have a login/sign up page and will extract teachers account information and his historical Fees transaction from the laravel app. In other words this part will consist of 2 sections, account section and Fees section 5. when the teacher sign up he should provide information such as his ID, name, phone that should match up with the information in the laravel app. If this teacher exist in the system he should be authorized and granted access to this part of the mobile app. He should receive his login and password information through email 6. Once a teacher is authorized, he should be able to view/edit his account information such as Name, address, phone, mobile, email, his picture and in the other section he should be able to view only his Yearly syndicate's membership fees/transactions(Payed and Unpayed Years). 7. To develop a mobile app for Android devices 2. To create the UI, Backend and Admin Panel. 3. Max budget is 1500$ 5. Deliver ASAP: Preferably in 2 weeks maximum 6. Preferrable Development Platforms are Android studio and Ionic 7. At the end of the project, the source code should be delivered. 8. To provide guidance or documentation on how to manage the app, backup, migrating it to different hosting, Database used, or how to send notifications to end users. 9. The language of the App is ARABIC 10. The Mobile App should communicate with a WordPress website and a small web application built using Laravel Framework (PHP+MySQL). 11. The mobile app should fetch certain pages from the Wordpress website and display them in the mobile app.
