Need a programmer for a location services type of app

Hi im looking for an app developer for iOS and android. Im gonna ask if this project is possible on here and if you’re the person for the job feel free to message me or ask question. So i want to make an app where it tracks the location of the buses in my local area. Im planning to make a deal with one of the bus companies here. Im planning to go forward with this deal if i know i’ve found the right person for this, after thats done we are going to put tracking devices on all the buses. So here goes my project. 1. I want the app to find the location from the tracker and show it on maps. 2. This will show where the bus on the map 3. It will show how much distance its left from user distance to bus distance 4. It needs to show how many mph/kph the bus is traveling. I need the UI design and the app. Im willing to pay well for this project and i also need a gurantee that you’ll do your best to make this app as smooth as possible. Im willing to also pay for upgrades and updates for the app as time goes, because i have some future plans i’d like to implement. This means i’ll need you as my programmer to be there when i need these updates and bug fixes if they occur.
