I am looking for a clocking app that is very easy for my team to use so looking similar or easier to use than “Clocking in Example [login to view URL]” The aim of the app is to allow staff and contractors to know how long they have worked as well as us as a business to see where they are now, the hours worked, what work they have been doing and be able to cost how much jobs take to help cost products better in future. We need to be able to record how many items there are in the job so we can work out how fast they are working Most jobs are paid hourly but some are piece work (i.e bunches are a rate per item) so ability to change between the two. I suggest break it down into the following milestones: • Wire frame / concept agreed • First phase done and ready for testing – maybe hosted else where • App finalised and handed over • Final modifications after the project has gone live to fix any glitches Where / how will the app be hosted? I would prefer I had control of it and no extra costs. Be consistent. If something is in one location / a certain colour, keep it the same everywhere. If something works one way in one area, try to keep the same everywhere. One exception is clicking on the top of the tables on pages 4 & 5 compared to page 6 onwards. Suggestions to improve this are welcome. Ability to be able to add a bonus or a higher rate for a 1 off job would be nice. Some tasks may have a main area and a sub area so in the analysis they come up under the main task but people in the secondary area know that is the next job to move onto / it is easy for them to find the job to clock into. If there are any phones your app won't work on please let me know what they are.
