Smartphone app development

First, I hired a developer on this site to assist me with a simple smartphone application. The first concept below was completed; however, Apple turned it down. The app is published to Android though. I need to expand the current functions so I can get this published to the Apple store. Just to be clear, this is for Apple and Android development. The current development works fine for the QR code aspect of the project; however, I just need to make an expansion which is in section II and section III of this proposal. For section III, the web services is already created for this development. Section I - (Already developed and can be used for this development. I just need to know what I need to get from the first developer to continue this development using the code already created.) I have a very simple request for a mobile app. I have a website (I currently own & operate) that I would like for someone to be able to download this mobile app, login to their account, which will then display a barcode that is associated with the users account. We already generate the QR code, I just need the app to login, and display the QR Code. Further development will be needed beyond this point, but not at this time. An example of the launch or login area of the app is attached. I need the same layout, header, etc after the login; however, right below the logo should be the QR code display. Section II - Plate calculator - similar to this application. [login to view URL] Section III - Currently, I have an exercise tracker on my website for clients/members. I need to take this web based service and collapse it into the application. The web services are created for this, the functionality on my website is there to demo to you the use/functions needed. Basically, I need the person who downloads the app to be able to login with their existing account, first page/tab is the QR code that gives them access to a facility. Next tab is Exercise tracker and then the final tab is the barbel plate calculator. I will publish the app from our COMPANY and we will require all code, pre-compiled, etc. We will retain all rights after the development is completed. I will NOT put up milestone payment until we have completed the project. Look at my feedback, I do pay and communicate well. I expect you to communicate well and provide good quality work. This is for iPhone and Android development, not just iPhone.
