Windows Handheld Mobile Application (Tag Printing)

Develop Windows mobile handheld application to display products information and print products labels. The application should import an Excel or text data file which includes list of products information such barcodes, default barcode, name, price, category, UoM, etc… (details mentioned below). The application should be able to import the file through different methods such Dropbox, One Drive, UBS. When the application scan the barcode using handheld barcode scanner or manually select the product then product information to be displayed on screen, as well give the option to print label on 3" or 2” mobile thermal printer through Bluetooth. The handover should include execute files and open source. Need to know time, cost and payment term. As well, need to know the cost to deliver the application for iOS and Andriod operating systems (Optional). Note: In case of iOS and Andriod mobile application, the user should be able to scan the barcode using mobile camera.
