write some software for a golf machine

I am developing a new game of golf called Quickgolf that requires writing some software as the project develops. Basically you have 3 holes that you putt in to that have sensors in the holes. We have the sensors made and the hardware installed to receive the signal when the ball passes in to one of the 3 holes (or baskets) or if you miss it will go in to one of the 2 bunkers . Once the signal is received it will then pass that message to the computer. The software must then send a sound to the speakers with a different sound for each hole or bunker. So stage one will be very simple, 5 different sounds . Stage 2 will be then add the images that will pop up on the monitor, flash and show the number of points allocated to that hole. This will flash for about 10 seconds. This will need a option to alter that time. I hope you understand what I am after. Payment can be made for each stage of developement. After we will be adding the scanning of names and times the machine will run for.
