PHASE 1 — STRUCTURE & OPERATIONS Strategic Planning Board Create a board to manage: Tasks Responsible person Deadlines Status: To Do In Progress Blocked Done Task & Project Management System including: Tasks Subtasks Responsible person Priorities Deadlines Notes / follow-ups Manager Board Dedicated board including: Strategic planning tasks Responsibilities Projects Priorities Deadlines Daily Operations Board Including: Date Notes for next day Employees / schedule Daily sales ($) Daily summary Losses ($) Cause of losses Employee Ticket Form Employees can submit: Questions Needs Purchase requests Problems General requests Tickets automatically appear in a Tickets group or board. Daily Operations Form Employees complete the daily report from mobile or desktop and responses populate the Daily Operations board automatically.
