I’m looking for a person that install all plugin for moodle for the GDPR and that make it my moodle GDPR compliance

Hi As you can see from my feedbacks I am probably the only moodle expert on the site with more than 10 years moodle experience and a lot moodle related projects already completed. I am a core code contributor and I have a couple of plugins already submitted to moodle plugin list. As for you particular issue if you have a new version of moodle (3.5,3.6 etc) GDPR features should be already in the core. You just need to configure them properly. Also most of third party plugins have the functions already there. Please contact me for more details. Regards

There are two ways to be GDPR compliant: 1) Upgrade to recent version of moodle, and you will have everything you need for GDPR built-in 2) To Install the plugins Whatever option you prefer, I can do it for you.
