Within moodle 3.8.2 i would like to prevent a manager role from seeing the "Permissions" menu under administration/users. I want the manager to still manage the user/accounts but not see the permissions menu. How can i hide or disable this menu item? I want it upgrade safe preferably by adding a line of code in the custom CSS area of moodle. Thanks
