This Proposal is for Njamal Peoples Trust. The Njamal People’s Trust was established in 2003 as a Charitable Trust for the Njamal People. Indigenous Services Pty Ltd is the Trustee of the Njamal People’s Trust, and is guided by a Trustee Advisory Committee representing each family group. Churchill Finance Group is a business that is Registered with ASIC operating under an Australian Credit Licence that provides financial literacy, Debt Management Services and Homeloans. We have developed a comprehensive program known as 'Good with Money' which assists Aboriginal people with developing their financial well-being and improving their overall quality of life. Our unique approach builds one on one relationships with individuals and families to gain skills to get out of debt, save for the future and achieve dreams which requires money. Our training is both in and out of the classroom. We understand that the classroom is not for everyone. Money should never be boring and goals should be something which are obtainable. Our topics include: Freedom from Debt Making money last Going on a holiday Home ownership Avoiding scams Money and family Building wealth for the future Our training staff have the following backgrounds; Bank manager Financial Counsellor Debt managers Trainers Full Qualified licenced Real Estate Agent Scope of Works Provide a financial assessment for individual members to access goals and needs. Debt Management (Debt reduction and elimination for members) Provide financial literacy training inclusive of budgeting and basic money management Understanding banks, net banking, credit cards, personal loans, reading bank statements and lending Steps to home ownership Delivery Methods Small group workshops - class sizes limited to 8 members Courses run a maximum of 6 hours )inclusive of breaks Financial coaching one-to-one for the purpose of home ownership (From the deposit to settlement) Courses are run in Perth and Port Hedland Schedule of Fees Classroom and mentorship Half day rates in Perth $880 GST Inclusive Full day rates in Perth $1650 GST Inclusive Full day rates in Pilbara $1980 GST Inclusive Debt Management Services Membership engagement Fees - $330 Service fee of 10% payable for all debt eliminated for member (payable at debt settlement) Home Purchase Assistance Selection and purchase of property Organising building and pest inspection Home loan application and approval Settlement of home loan Setting up utilities Full Service fee - $3,300 GST inclusive (All above) Half service fee (Building and pest organisation/home loan application / settlement / utilities setup $1650 GST Inclusive)
