Hi, I was thinking to create a desktop app that will use Microsoft Access database. However, while using the app you wouldn't have any 'contacts' with database, so the work should be quite simple and easy. I feel confident with all of the requirements you mentioned, except with the 4th - interface with Quickbooks online.
