Arabic Middle school content management website ( works on mobile phones )

We are a governmental middle school that is seeking to move everything that is "Paper" or "electronic (saved in google drive)" to a new platform that combines all the processes of management and followup to that system.. to save time and effort of achieving and pulling data out to print or display.

****our vision :

- interactive management system/website that serves most data collection and stores it in a database.

- able to give access to (Teachers -Department managers -supervisors - student teams - administration ( principal and his team ) and be able to specify what can they access .

- able to add students - their details - picture of them - delete them etc

- able to enter behavior of students ( warnings - teacher report - expelling ) and get stored in the database and can be pulled out to a pdf format file that we are already working on in our school for that specific information ( ex : the ability to pull all data on a certain student and transfer that data to the student sheet/report when desirable and be able to see it and print it .

- Each department to have their own storage place to upload their folders and files ( .doc, pdf, powerpoints,images , audio , video and that department manager to be able to give access to his teachers to add files .

-ability to read our school classes schedule and which teacher is giving that class using our school classes daily schedule xls file.

- be able to have a form for attendance to be used daily to enter attendance by the teachers each class ( each student group has 7 classes a day - we have about 24 groups - ) and be stored in the systems DB and to give access to our administration/management team and supervisors to see the entries of the attendance done by the teachers and be able see a report to print it .

- ability for the teachers to modify the attendance they entered to correct a mistake .

- to have in the attendance list an ( excuse section ) where a certain kid is not absent but excused himself to the teacher to go to the WC - schools nurse - team meeting .

- being able to send mail inside the website or the system ( ex : the pricipal wanting to share a document or a meeting notice or a project deadline to a certain team or a department or a certain teacher )

- able to archive all data entered in all sections to easily pull it out and have a copy of them. ( for example picking what to archive for semester 1 and semester 2 to close the year 2017 and reset to how it was ( empty ) to prepare for 2018 semesters )

- ability to have a backup of the data

- ability reset the system to how it was for when the year is finishing. ( you can pick what to delete and what to not )

- able to use phones and tablets.

** this is a brief description of our vision, but the overall picture remains as we want to move everything we and all pdf forms we have into a full website that hold the data we enter everyday and can be pulled out to print out in reports and pdfs and be able to store them and archive them. **

notes :

* we have a pdf format sample for all processes that we have in our school * IN ARABIC LANGUAGE

* we are an arabic school and we will cooperate with the developer how to title sections and what to write here and there ( if accepted by a developer we will design a storyboard and a data tree with English translations so he understands the picture better and we will be on top of the work of this project each step *

* all data that will be entered by the school will be in arabic .

upon acceptance i will explain more ( using data tree in arabic with english translations to optimal understanding of the work routine of the school and give access to our old method .
