Store network marketing notification system

"Store chain marketing notification system" describes a web system designed to optimize store chain product placement scenarios (make it easier to understand where to place each received stock item, material, based on planograms). For the main office, this system will allow to control the work of each store's staff more efficiently, because each task will be accompanied by the execution time, and there will be a report, which will have to be returned to the main office straight after the task is done. These reports will generate statistics for each individual store about on time completed tasks. The system was developed with limited access to prevent unauthorized third-part person connection to it. The system is based on the MVC web application system, which basically uses the programming language of the ASP.NET websites. So the main idea, is that we have a new project at the stores everyday and people who are working on this stores, need to know where every item is needs to be placed. I have all documentation, but it is in Latvian language, anyway, I think you won`t have any problems to translate that or ask me if you don`t understand something. So, basically, I need you to create a system(website) that have 4 models. Users, Document, Report and Statistic (but it will generate it self based on Reports). User module: New user registration, authorization, user data change, logout, password change, user delete. Document module: document add, edit document, check document, delete document. Report module: add report, edit report, check report, delete report. Statistic module: check statistic, delete statistic. We have 5 main roles in the system, and each role can see only those sections and make only those actions, what they role allow. So roles are: Viesis means Guest(he can just login and thats it), Veikala darbinieks means Store employee, Veikala administr?tors means Store administrator, Apzi?o?anas administr?tors means Notification administrator, Sist?mas p?rvaldiens means System administrator. Every roles functions actions and sections, that they can see you can find in table 1.1. and 1.2. I have a database models as well, those you can find in a 2.1. You can a little bit modificate database if it will be easier for you or you would provide some extra things inside that. The requirements: You need to write in C# language. You need to use Git repository and post all changes in MY github profile with MY name and surname. I will give you a login and password, of course. You need to use Visual Studio for coding. You need use MySql for Database. All documents in this system need to be ZIP type files. Like, there will be a couple planogramms and document files in one folder, so it is need to be ZIP file, that you uploading and downloading. Obligatory you need to make all those models, actions, sections and roles. The code needs to be well-commented. So, I need programmer who is good in ASP.NET MVC and C#. Also need knowleage about CSS, Bootstrap, HTML and MySQL database. I will provide you a SPECIFICATION OF THE SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS and DESCRIPTION OF THE SOFTWARE DESIGN. So it will/might help you to make this project like I imagine it. Also, I uploaded few screenshots to see how actually simple is the theme and design. Please, provide me only reasonable price, time and don`t change it, when we will describe all things in details.
