We are looking for an experienced Linux Systems Administrator for a full-time job, who will be responsible for the continuous operation of complex servers, networks and related infrastructure supporting information systems as well as supporting and troubleshooting server problems on customers' servers. Resolve tickets submitted by customers and answer real time chats with customers and help them with server issues. Perfect written English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring and analyzing existing services on our hosting infrastructure;
Resolving efficiently technical problems for clients and our server infrastructure;
Automating IT processes by writing bash / php / sql scripts.
Skills&Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of server administration on Linux (Ubuntu, Centos, Debian) LAMP, LEMP, Mysql, bash, DNS, mail servers, FTP, SSH, etc...;
Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Nginx, Apache, MySQL, Asterisk, Wordpress, Odoo, Magento, Joomla, Drupal, etc... ;
Ability to write scripts(bash);
Understanding of Nagios, Zabbix, Cacti, etc.
Must-have skills:
Maximum attention to detail and analytical thinking
Research of additional information independently when required to solve a problem
Ability to organize workload taking full responsibility for what you do
Ability to provide information clearly and shortly
To be friendly and communicative
Work conditions:
Remote, schedule: Monday-Friday, full time (8 hours per day), early day shift.
Must have a reliable fast internet connection with static IP address to connect to corporate VPN and terminal server to access clients' systems.
