AI-Based Business Automation Specialist Needed

Project Title (implicit): AI Automation Specialist (n8n + OpenAI) We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to design and implement business-grade automations using n8n. Scope of Work: Design and build advanced automation workflows using n8n Integrate AI models (OpenAI / GPT) for decision-making, summarization, classification, and content generation Connect and automate workflows across tools such as: CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, custom APIs) Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) Email systems (Gmail, Outlook, SMTP) Messaging tools (Slack, WhatsApp, Webhooks) Third-party APIs Implement error handling, retries, logging, and monitoring Optimize workflows for scalability and performance Provide documentation and handover instructions Example Use Cases (one or more): Lead scoring and automated follow-ups AI-based customer support ticket classification Payment reminders and invoice follow-ups Resume screening and candidate ranking Internal AI knowledge assistant Executive reporting and daily AI summaries Requirements: Strong experience with n8n Hands-on experience with AI / LLM integrations API integration expertise Understanding of real-world business workflows Clean, maintainable automation design Nice to Have: Experience selling or building SaaS automations Familiarity with CRM, finance, or HR systems Ability to suggest workflow improvements proactively Deliverables: Fully working n8n workflows Clear documentation Deployment support if required Budget: Open to fixed-price or hourly proposals based on experience.
