Hi am Jean, Currently I am working as an IT Helpdesk Engineer for a US-based company, my task are monitoring network, Assisting clients issue using our Ticketing system, installing updates to workstation and server applications. Also, I am able to create Cloud Desktop for employees as requested by their company, Creation of Email address such as Outlook, I am also knowledgeable in Office 365 portal, because here at my Company I always used that to create a user email address, delete email addresses and also forward all incoming emails in a specific email address to another as requested by the client.
