We’re building CareerRocket, an AI-powered job search automation platform. The frontend is already complete in [login to view URL], and we now need a backend-focused developer to implement the core functionality. You will be responsible for: Building robust [login to view URL] 14 API routes for all backend features (user data, job search automation, application flows, etc.). Integrating Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data storage, queries, and row-level security. Implementing user authentication and session handling using Supabase Auth. Integrating the Anthropic Claude API for AI-powered job search and application assistance (e.g., analyzing job posts, generating tailored applications, optimizing outreach). Setting up Stripe subscription webhooks to manage plans, renewals, cancellations, and updating user entitlements in the database. Ensuring clean, well-structured backend architecture that can scale and is easy to maintain. What we’re looking for: Strong experience with [login to view URL] 13/14, especially building API routes. Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and Supabase (including Auth and RLS). Prior experience integrating LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar). Experience with Stripe subscriptions and webhooks in a SaaS context. Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and follow existing technical architecture documentation. Please share: A short summary of similar SaaS or API-heavy projects you’ve built. Links or brief descriptions of any work with Supabase, Stripe, or LLM integrations. Your weekly availability and timezone. We prefer working directly with an individual developer.
