Scalable Face-to-Video Share Page

I’m building a playful, colorful single-page experience that walks visitors through three lightning-quick steps: 1) upload a face photo or open their webcam, 2) pick one of our pre-made clips, 3) share the finished video. The share buttons must cover: • Instagram • Facebook • YouTube • TikTok • WhatsApp A simple link to the rest of our site should live on the page as well. Traffic will spike into the thousands at any given moment, so stability and speed are non-negotiable. Think React or [login to view URL] for a snappy UI, WebRTC for camera capture, and a cloud-based render service or FFmpeg pipeline that scales horizontally behind a CDN. Caching, queuing, autoscaling groups—whatever keeps render time short and the page under 2 s to first paint—are expected. Deliverables • Responsive, brand-aligned UI with the three-step flow • Backend that merges the face onto our video library and returns a ready-to-share file • Fully functional share integrations for all five platforms • Deployment scripts / infra-as-code for a cloud environment that can prove <30 s end-to-end render time under load • Source code in a Git repo plus a concise maintenance guide Acceptance is based on passing a 5 k-concurrent user stress test, correct video rendering, and successful posting from each share button.
