Excel to SQL conversion

We are looking for a developer who can take an existing excel file and convert it into functional code (node / react native) in an existing mobile application. The excel file contains data inputs and calculations. The calculation outputs need to be replicated in the mobile application, and imported into an existing database.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience in taking excel files with inputs and data calculations and replicating the excel file into functional code in an already existing mobile application. The excel calculations will need to be replicated into a google cloud function or into the native mobile app code to take the generated outputs and store them in a database (firebase firestore database).
