Need help finishing a React+mongoDB web project. Most of the work is already done!

EDIT: Thanks so much for everyone that reached out and showed interest in working on this project. I have spent a ton of time the past week working on the project and fixing bugs and the main task remaining revolves around push notifications. I need a web service built that will let me subscribe/unsubscribe users to certain notifications and I also need an admin panel in place where the admin can compose and send PNs to subscribed people. The city admin panel is currently written in react. The preferred candidate will be someone that has done this exact type of work before (preferably more than once). Please reach out and let me know how much experience you have writing a PN layer like this. OLD ------ I have a project that is mostly done, but the development team just will not finish the task. The system is mostly complete and just needs a little love to get over the finish line. Here is how it works right now: - Admin panel (React): This is for admins to set certain details. - Sub-admin panel (React): This is for sub-admins to tie into the settings outlined by the admins and make changes and customizations of their own. - iOS/Android/web clients: Simple clients that consume the data as setup and defined by the sub-admins on their panels. The details will all make sense once you see the system. - BE services that tie the admin panels together with the mongoDB. - These services are all running on AWS. WHAT I NEED: I need someone with web/React/mongoDB/AWS experience and just help get this over the finish line. It really shouldn't take more than a few weeks! WHAT I DON'T NEED: I have been told for a year that this work was almost done. I CAN'T stand when devs string me along and lie to me and miss their deadlines. I just want someone that can focus on my project. I don't need someone who currently has 20 projects and is getting little done on all of them. Do you have time/bandwidth to help? Great! I want to work with you. And if you give me a deadline, I expect you to HONOR it. Tasks to be completed: - Make some modifications to existing web services to fit the needs of the client. - Add a few new web services to fit the updated needs of the client. - Make some minor UI adjustments in the admin web panels. - The foundation is in place for all of this already and it will just be a matter of following the model already in place. THE MAIN THING I AM LOOKING FOR: A human that will treat my project as a priority and work on the tasks I outline and get them done quickly. I don't have time for someone that takes three months to do a two day task. I need a two day task to take two days!
