Looking for the best weekly Meal by meal diet plan to help me lose fat, assist my exercise routine and solve my digestion issues About me: 30 year old female, height 5’4”, weight 9st 10lbs. I work 9-5, Monday to Friday at a desk. I get a 30 minute lunch break and 2 x 15 minutes breaks I do gym classes 3 - 4 times a week all which start at 17:30: Monday 35 mins HIT style class with some weight exercise Tuesday 60 mins Les Mills Body Pump Wednesday 45 mins spinning Thursday rest day Friday 45 mins X-Fit HIT style with weight exercises Weekend- occasionally do some press-ups & stretching Health issues: frequent bloating and stomach discomfort which has left me unable to wear trousers unless they’re very stretchy. Doctors have decided its IBS Diet experience: I lost around 2 stone about 5 years ago by calorie counting. I don’t mind this method of dieting but I find it hard to resist my cravings and have put some weight back on. I most recently have tried intermittent fasting 8pm - 12pm but I’m not eating the right things during my eating hours so hasn’t been working. I try to eat LowFODMAP but don’t do it enough as it interferes with socialising and my partner hasn’t been onboard with it it we’ve started eating separate meals now so I can be committed going forward Diet preferences: - Local / seasonal produce where possible to minimise carbon footprint - Low FODMAP to begin with to see if it solves my digestive issues - Maximum nutritional value with minimal food prep - Diet to Support my exercise program to get maximum benefit - To Lose fat & tone up What I’m fussy about: - [ ] Only fish I’ll eat: White fish or tuna - [ ] Tomatoes Only when they are sun soaked (not fresh or dried) - [ ] Eggs only scrambled or as omelette - [ ] No shellfish. Only like mussels & clams when in chowder - [ ] Only melon I like is watermelon (not the other melon) - [ ] Not a fan of dried fruit or raw nuts
