There are no current web browsers that completely implement WAI-ARIA accessibility recommendations, and that needs to change. I'm searching for people who know how to implement browser accessibility and build browsers from the ground up. I plan to help as well, because I am a programmer myself. I can also handle writing software specs and records, because I'm a professional technical writer. This is just in the idea stage at the moment, but I'd like to see who is out there and start networking for possibilities. If there are enough qualified people out there, I plan to start scouting for funds and devote all my time to this until it's ready for deployment.
