Impressionistic Oil Painting Commission

I have a single reference photograph and would like it translated into a hand-painted, impressionistic oil piece. The finished work should fall somewhere within the medium range—no larger than roughly 24 x 36 inches. Please stay true to the loose, light-filled character typical of Impressionism while still echoing the core composition of my photo. Rich brushwork, visible strokes, and a sense of movement are what I’m after; I am not looking for photorealism. Because this will hang in a living room with natural light, I’d appreciate archival-quality, stretched canvas and pigment-rich oils so the colours remain vibrant for decades. Once the painting is dry to the touch and varnished, careful packaging for safe shipping will be needed.
