Do you need a full time oracle DBA?, or just to clone some databases?, what exactly do you mean by "refresh" database?, this concept has been introduced since oracle 12.1 and later, and involves container and pluggable databases only. Maybe you meant to clone databases?, Dataguard replication?, materialized views replication?.Best regards.
