Customize Attendance & Payroll System

I already run a small VB-based program that works with an RFID reader to capture Time-In, Time-Out, and calculate total working hours. That module is doing its job, so I want to leave it untouched and develop the rest of the Employee Management System around it. Here’s what I need next: • A clean CRUD application for employee records (add, edit, deactivate, search). • Automatic payroll calculation that picks up the daily hours stored by my existing VB module and applies our pay rules (regular, overtime, deductions, allowances). • Flexible report generation—daily, weekly, and monthly attendance summaries plus payslips and payroll ledger, all exportable to PDF and Excel. The RFID reader itself stays separate; just let me import or read the data files the current VB program already creates. I need full php based web interface with full source code, a simple installer, and brief user documentation. I’ll consider the job complete when the new modules run smoothly on my office PCs, calculate payroll accurately from the imported hours, and all requested reports print or export without errors.
