I’m building a 150 W power-supply card that will live inside industrial machinery and must keep running in a harsh environment riddled with temperature swings, vibration, dust and electrical noise. The board has to deliver two isolated outputs—24 V for the actuators and 5 V for the control logic—at the same time, with total combined power not less than 150 W. (Discreet preferred, can go with module-based also) I need a complete, production-ready design package: schematic, PCB layout, annotated BOM with orderable parts, and all fabrication files. Thermal modelling, component derating and clearances should reflect industrial-grade safety (IEC/UL standards) and 24/7 duty cycles. I’m fine with Altium, KiCad or OrCAD as long as the files are editable in Altium. Before handing over the files, please verify the design with worst-case calculations or SPICE/Fly-back/PFC sims and outline any test points so I can run my own validation on the first prototypes. If you have a proven approach to conformal-coating recommendation or shock-mount strategies, let’s include it. Deliverables will be accepted when the documentation is complete, the layout shows all mechanical constraints met, and simulation evidence confirms the rails stay within tolerance under full load across –20 °C to +70 °C.
