There are several issues with this approach: - the pcb has only 1 layer (top) what is visible on the image or it has several layers? - the size / footprint of the THT components is unknown - the necesarry current / voltage of the traces is unknown - how many pieces do you want to manufacture? THT is obsolete, even for hobby / small scale production, no longer reccomended nor efficient. Without these information, it would be extremely difficult to do a quality job... I higly reccomend to you to provide a schematic first, explain what would be the use case of this circuit, then we can talk about the price and I can do the PCB design and optimisations for you.

Hello Nelson. It is a very simple project to execute. In the description it wasn't clear if you have a BOM doc with the part numbers of each component, if you have it it's much easier. If you don't have it, it's possible to reproduce it if it has at least the XY dimension of the plate, it will take more work but it is possible. In the image it is also not clear if there is a ground plane in the bottom and top layer, but as there are GND pads in the corners of the board I believe that is the case, and it is also simple to do.
