Hi, I have designed exactly many similar board with your spec. I working mostly with STM32 in my past projects, so I'm very familiar about working circuit of STM32. I also have working with another Circuit you mentioned such as RS485, RTC, DHT11, analog inputs, 4-20mA, and SMPS, also GSM module. regarding to GSM module, let me know your preference. but if you don't have it, I will recommend using Quectel , as it has great performance. I prefer using 4 layer board, for better performance on GSM based boards, but if you're not ok with it, It's no problem for using 2 layer board. I have 8 years experience as hardware and firmware developer. I have working with lot of STM32 based projects, so I'm very familiar with it. You just need drawing or the printed and soldered PCB shipped to you. In case you need physical PCB, Components will be provided by you or do I need to do that? Please note I do not do PCB printing in-house for that we need to send gerber files to printing facility in Delhi or Ahmedabad Mostly I used AVR controllers & Raspberry, but have used CAN shield for AVR. MCU you sent it ARM, I can work on that but honestly that will be my first with this combo. Regarding the chips you mentioned RS485, RTC and DHT11 I have already used GSM/GPRS I have those sensors at my place but have not used yet(didn't got requirement so didn't had a chance to use honestly), If you're interested in hiring me I can use them and send you some video or pics that I can use those For PCB designing I use free program like KiCAD The price mentioned is tentative, may vary based on exact requirement
