Design circuit and deliver files needed to order assembly and production of an Arduino shield that includes in one board: 2X4 relay module, a dual full-bridge for 2 motors PWM and a shield for a piggybacked HC-05 bluetooth modem. Connectors in: 24 ATX connector, 4-pin CPU 12v. Connectors out: 4X2 conductors microfit or similar (up to 8 amps each), 2X2 conductors (up to 2 amps each). Maximum desirable size for the board: 140mm wide, 100mm long A rough general view of the board is attached; a suggested relay placement is also attached
