Hi, I can create a VB app with two text boxes and three buttons: Create, Search, and Save As. The first text box takes a file number (e.g., 4011) to create a folder in C:\FILES\1000-5000\4001-4050\4011. The Search button finds all PDFs with “amendment” in their names and lists them. The second text box sets the sequence number for renaming.
