Compile my ionic project

Hello! I want somebody to make a web2app for android and ios using cordova plugin cordova-plugin-inappbrowser. Connexion availability should be checked using cordova plugin cordova-plugin-network-information so that the app will dispay "No connexion" animated gif instead of "page unreachable" default error. I will provide icons and site url. THE APPS MUST BE READY TO UPLAOD TO THE APPLE AND PLAY STORES DO NOT BID FOR MORE THAN 24H AND $100.
